How do I care for my Delish Cupcakes?
It is important to keep your Delish Cupcakes at room temperature. Do not refrigerate them as this will dry out the cake and the icing will go hard.
To preserve freshness, place the cupcakes in an airtight container
Do they freeze well?
None of our products have been frozen as we bake fresh to order, and we suggest you enjoy them straight away. We would not recommend that you freeze our cupcakes as this may alter the flavour and texture, particularly the frosting if frozen and thawed.
When and where do you deliver?
Please note: We are closed on Mondays. There are not deliveries on this day
We deliver in the Auckland area (link with map) (CBD and surrounding suburbs) between 9am and 4pm Tuesday to Friday (timing is indicative only and maybe effected by traffic)
For weekend deliveries, please enquire as these are limited to certain types of orders and events

Can you do custom cupcakes?
Yes, Delish cupcakes can be decorated with edible images .– great for corporate gifts, weddings and special occasions –inscriptions and themed sugar decorations.. Just let us know what you want and we will do our best to accommodate you. Any custom orders need to be sent by email, or discussed by phone.
Does Delish Cupcakes have any Sugar free options?
No, Delish cupcakes are not sugar free at this stage.

How long do Delish Cupcakes stay fresh?
We freshly baked from scratch every day. Delish cupcakes are made without preservatives and should be enjoyed on the day received.
If you plan to keep your cupcakes longer than two days, place the cupcakes in an airtight container
Can I place an order for cupcakes on the same day that I need them?
We require a minimum of 2 days notice for all orders. However if you need to place an order on the day please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org or 974 334909. Our staff will do our best to accommodate your needs.
What happens if I don't get my order and what are my responsabilities?
It is your responsibility to make sure someone will be at the address supplied to receive the order.
We can re-deliver however a new delivery fee will apply. Alternatively you can collect your order from our shop.
Please note orders will not be left outside the premises for unless you have given us express instruction to do so. In this instance we cannot take responsibility for damaged goods.
We won’t enter premises with locked gates or in the presence of unsupervised dogs on the property.
Do all of your cupcakes contain dairy/gluten/peanuts?
Delish Cupcakes offers Gluten Free, Vegan and nut free cupcakes. However, we bake with flour, dairy, sugar, peanuts and walnuts on the premises, so is not recommended for those with severe allergies to these ingredients.
How can I cancel my order?
Orders must be cancelled more than 24 hours before the preferred delivery date and time.
